At Coached By Anil, you don’t just lose weight but you get stronger, healthier and fitter. Each plan is constructed on 10 principles, to ensure that all those who are enrolled are benefitted at the end of the program
1. No Starvation - That’s right, not feeling hungry is one of the USP of my program. In fact, most of my trainees/patient’s complaint of not being able to finish the food provided.
2. No Pills - If you did not need a pill to gain weight, why would you need one to lose? I follow a strict policy of no weightloss/fatloss pills.
3. No Fad Diets - You won’t be restricted to only juices or salads. Your plan will be well constructed so that you meet right proportion of all macro & micronutrients.
4. No Unnecessary Supplements - Yup! Only supplement you will ever need throughout the program is whey protein (especially if you are vegetarian). You won’t have to buy any special atta or a breakfast drink.
5. No Mixed Meal Timings - Whether you want to eat 2 meals/day or every 2 hourly, that will be completely your choice.
6 . No Cooking Restrictions - Cook the way you like, no specific recipe restrictions.
7 . No One Size Fit All Plans - A completely customized meal plan based on your current eating habits, food preferences and fitness goals.
8. Exercise Guidance - Complete guidance on how to scale your exercise to the next level.
9. Maintenance Guide - The program ends with a detailed weight maintenance guide to minimize your chance of gaining back the lost weight.

Steps to Enroll

- Program start date will be the day you receive your 1st meal plan, irrespective of when you actually begin with your plan (unless requested otherwise before staring of the meal plan).
- Both 4 or 12 week plan does not mean that you will receive 4 or 12 different plans.
- All follow up plans will involve minor tweaks from the 1st main plan provided. It may or may not be an altogether a new plan.
- Each meal plan will be valid for 7days and further plans will be provided based on the progress.
- It will be your responsibility to share your progress statistics every 7th day.
- Any missed follow ups will not be carried forward.
- Once enrolled you can freeze your program for 2weeks– no questions asked. You will have to whatsapp/email your start date and end date a week in advance during which you wish to freeze your plan.
- Freezing the plan will not be applicable – if applied for missed follow ups, once the week has started.
- However, once the program is frozen you won’t be provided any meal plan and any set back in progress will be your sole responsibility.
- Exercise guidance involves general tips and not a customised exercise program or exercise chart. (If you need customized program, ask for details about my 4 or 12 wk exercise program).
- Maintenance guide is applicable only for a 12 week program.
- If you wish to discontinue with the plan, you will be charged 4 week fee (4500 Rs) and the rest will be refunded, if the plan is cancelled within 7days. Any cancellation requested after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund is applicable only for 12-week plan. 4-Week plan is not eligible for a refund.
- Enrolling into weight loss program ( 4 or 12 week) enables you for weekly consultation (in person and/or virtual and/or telephonic medium) and accessing the plan for the week via link shared.
- All access to the meal plans will be revoked once the said duration of the weightloss program is over.
- Use of meal plan anytime after the end of said duration (4 or 12 weeks) will be at patients own risk and may or may not benefit in the same way.
- All and/or any documents shared including the meal plan are intellectual property of Dr. Anil Parekh and/or Coached By Anil and are not to be copied, sold or redistributed in any form in whole or in part without written consent of Dr. Anil Parekh and/or Coached By Anil.
- All queries will be responded to within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.
**Freezing the program is valid only for enrollment done for 12 week program**.
